Spheroidal graphite cast iron products

The graphite produced is spherical, which allows for better sliding and further enhances its wear resistance.

We would like to introduce our "Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron Products." While the graphite contained in gray cast iron is flake-shaped, in this case, the graphite itself is spheroidized. This material is considered for applications that require even greater wear resistance than gray cast iron, or when superior mechanical properties are needed. Additionally, due to the discontinuous nature of the graphite, it has the characteristic of slower corrosion progression, making it suitable for a wide range of applications that take advantage of its corrosion resistance. 【Features】 ■ Graphite itself is spheroidized ■ Excellent sliding properties and even higher wear resistance ■ Superior mechanical properties ■ Slower corrosion progression due to discontinuity ■ Usable for applications that leverage corrosion resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

CV graphite cast iron products

High mechanical properties and thermal conductivity higher than that of spherical graphite! Applications in vehicle components are also increasing.

We would like to introduce our "CV Graphite Cast Iron Products." The graphite shape is an intermediate caterpillar form between FC cast iron and FCD cast iron, possessing excellent characteristics from both, with higher mechanical properties than gray cast iron and higher thermal conductivity than spheroidal graphite. Applications are increasing in vehicle components such as diesel engine blocks and cylinder heads, which require high internal pressure for exhaust gas improvement, as well as brake parts that require sound and vibration resistance, taking advantage of higher damping capacity than spheroidal graphite cast iron. 【Features】 ■ The graphite shape is an intermediate caterpillar form between FC cast iron and FCD cast iron, combining excellent characteristics from both ■ Higher mechanical properties than gray cast iron ■ Higher thermal conductivity than spheroidal graphite ■ Higher damping capacity than spheroidal graphite cast iron *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

High silicon ductile iron products

Exhaust gas temperature can handle up to approximately 800℃! Applicable to turbocharger parts and manifolds.

We would like to introduce our "High Silicon Ductile Iron Products." This is a ferritic heat-resistant spheroidal graphite cast iron with 4.0% Si and 0.6% Mo, primarily used for parts and manifolds of turbochargers. Parts of turbochargers and manifolds are exposed to high-temperature exhaust gases and involve sliding with other components, requiring excellent heat resistance and wear resistance. 【Features】 ■ Ferritic heat-resistant spheroidal graphite cast iron with 4.0% Si and 0.6% Mo ■ Primarily applicable to parts and manifolds of turbochargers ■ Capable of withstanding exhaust gas temperatures of up to approximately 800°C *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
